College with good elementary education program in Florida

College with good elementary education program in Florida?
I am from Maryland, hoping to go to college in Florida. My mom wants me to go to a private school, and I have been looking at Flagler College, is this a good school for elementary education? Are there any colleges (private or non private) with great elementary education programs?

If I am enrolled in college like Florida State can I go to a different online school for a different degree

If I am enrolled in college like Florida State can I go to a different online school for a different degree?
In 5-7 months I will be attending college, either Florida State or NYU etc... In college I want to double major in jazz studies and psychology. But I also want a business degree. Can I enroll ALSO in an online school to get my degree in Business WHILE I am enrolled at a state university?

Answer 1 :
You can do that, and you can also enroll in an online school now (assuming you have graduated from high school already.) An excellent online school is Excelsior College in New York. It used to be the distance education department of the University of New York, and it is now a private, non-profit college that is fully accredited.
Answer 2 :
You can definitely do that. However, if you're going to be enrolled full-time at either FSU or NYU, taking on another degree simultaneously could be pretty difficult. I would recommend an online degree from a school that allows you to literally complete at your own pace. That way if your double major is leaving little room for additional schoolwork, you aren't missing deadlines from your online class. The structure of online classes vary by school. In your case specifically, some allow you to take at your own pace, while others have strict deadlines. I have heard of some online colleges offering a free course for prospective students to take so they can decide if the school is right for them. I would either check one of those schools out, or decide exactly what you're looking for and do plenty of research to make sure the school you choose has the criteria you're looking for. Good luck!

Transferring credits from a Florida college to another state

Transferring credits from a Florida college to another state?
I have a full scholarship for any state college in Florida, but I really want to go to the University of New Hampshire and have no way to pay for it. If I went 2 years to a state college here and tried to transfer then, would all my credits transfer? Or does it vary for eachcollege and depend on the classes?

Answer 1 :
Most colleges have at least a slightly different accreditation system. It really just depends on the college. You need to talk to a counselor to find out which credits will transfer. This is the only sure-fire way of making sure that you're not wasting your money on classes that will become worthless when you go to use them toward a higher degree.

Answer 1 :
Make sure the degree is CAC/ABET-accredited. There are eight colleges in Florida with CAC/ABET-accredited degrees in Computer Science. No school is particularly distinguished. The CAC/ABET-accredted programs in Computer Science are at: Florida State Florida Institute of Technology U of Central Florida U of North Florida U of South Florida Florida Atlantic Florida International Florida A&M Florida Institute of Technology is also ABET-accredited in Software Engineering, so that school gives you more options to choose between CS and SE.
Answer 2 :
