I have been seriously considering the University of Tampa, but I am wanting to know what are some opinions about the cheapest and BEST Florida colleges before I go further in the application process. I will graduate a Texas 2-year college in May, and am a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the honor society of the 2-year college. I have a hispanic background, and am an English major. Since I'm not a Florida resident, I need to find the best tuition rates and best scholarship opportunities. Thanks so much for your help!
